Terms & Conditions
1. All tailor-made orders should be fully paid in advance.
2. Any tailor-made orders change must be on the same day of purchase, otherwise will be subjected to 50% surcharge on the value of the specific items.
3. Free delivery and installation available for order over and equal to RM 800, for order below RM 800, RM 50 would be charged for delivery fee. (Apply to all regions in Malaysia)
4. Please be informed that the measurement of mattress and sofa / sofa-bed may have a discrepancy of +/- 0.75 inch (1.9cm), and +/- 3 inches (7.6cm) respectively. which cannot be established as a good for exchange.
5. Due to hygiene reason, all pillows, beddings and mattresses are strictly NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
6. Customers are responsible for any problems/defects arising from self-assembly of furniture.
7. We are not responsible for any defect caused by improper use/handling of products.
8. We are not responsible for goods that become moldy, due to poor maintenance or environmental factors.
9. Brand new Mattresses. pillows and other kinds of foam products may have a distinctive odour .The odour will fade away with time. This cannot be established as a ground for exchange or refund.
10. Due to their natural characteristics. the colour of leather and veneer may vary. This cannot be established as a ground for exchange or refund.
11. We shall try our best to deliver and assemble the goods on time. We apologies if we fail to meet the time stated on the invoice. However, we are not responsible for any kind of refund, product exchange or compensation.
12. If our delivery truck cannot get to the delivery address or the structure of the building prohibits our delivery, we are not responsible for any refund, including the delivery and assembling charges.
13. For goods which cannot fit into lifts. surcharge will be imposed for each location by our delivery men.
14. We are not responsible for the clearance of goods packaging.
15. No exchange or refund will be accepted for display or special offer items. Please check your goods carefully.
16. Should you find the goods in unsatisfactory condition, please call the Customer Service Hotline within 24 hours (Hot line number: +603 5611 2951). After 24 hours. we are not responsible for any kind of reported damage or defect.
17. All tailor-made goods must be delivered or collected within TWO months from the date of purchase, if not, this invoice will be automatically cancelled and goods destroyed. No refund will be made.
18. All self-collecting items should be collected from our retail shops within THREE days after notification. We shall neither keep nor refund alter the third day.
19. We reserve the right to add, delete or amend any clause or wordings without prior notice. If there is any inconsistency in meaning between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
